The steps to follow if you find a lower rate are:

  1. Review the Terms and Conditions of the “Best Available Rate Guaranteed ” Programme.
  2. Make your booking through our website www.granhotelguadalpin.com  
  3. Tell us in written where you found the lower rate, as long as it is under the same conditions: Hotel, room type, dates, offer name, payment & cancellation policies, same number of persons and board. Please send us a printshot where all this information appears and also the URL where to find it.
  4. You must submit your claim within 24 hours of booking at www.granhotelguadalpin.com   to: comercial@guadalpin.com


    Claim Verification and Procedure

    Our Reservations Department will verify the validity of your claim based on our published Terms and Conditions and  we will contact you shortly in order to inform about the claim status.

 

Terms and Conditions
  • The client must have made the booking through www.granhotelguadalpin.com  and must have the booking number.
  • The lower price must be bookable online under the same conditions as the booking made on www.granhotelguadalpin.com, that means, the booking must have inmediate online confirmation. This price must be applicable to the same hotel for the same type of room and lodging, for the same dates and number of guests. White label bookings (name of the hotel is unvealed until the last step of the booking) are not included.
  • The guarantee is not applicable in cases of errors in the rates loading or publication on other websites.
  • The guarantee applies to lower prices whose restrictions (cancellation policies, deposits, etc) are exactly the sames as those applying to the booking made via www.granhotelguadalpin.com  
  • The guarantee does not apply to confidential rates, voucher systems or holiday packages including other services, company, group and meeting rates, etc.
  • The guarantee applies to the final selling price the client is paying, which includes all services, taxes, fees or management costs charged by other parties.
  • The guarantee applies to the total price of the entire stay, not to any partial price of some or all days of the same.
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of having booked originally at www.granhotelguadalpin.com
