I took my 2 teenage daughters for 3 days as they have just finished their GCSEs and A levels. Every element of our short stay was amazing from the beach, pool, restaurants, the room and terrace, the food, the cocktails, the staff in the hotel and the other guests! My  only complaint was our stay was not long enough.

We have stayed at this hotel 8 times and it continues to impress, the location is idea just a 5 minute stroll to Puerto Banus and a excellent beach front location.

The whole half board package was great value, both breakfast and evening meal was brilliant, dont forget to have lunch on the beach at Mistral beach, in conclusion wonderfull. Ah! They also offer free WIFI throughout!!!

I am so surprised by the negative reviews on here and wanted to let you know that we have only had excellent service and experiences every time we have visited.
My Husband and I have been to this hotel on a number of occasions (in and out of season) and always booked directly through the hotel. On each visit we have been greeted by friendly staff and have often been upgraded without requesting this. On the off chance that our room is not ready we have been happy to sit by the pool and relax until it was (this never took long). The staff are always chatty and have helped us plan trips on bad weather days.
There is always room by the pool, the fruit kebabs are great (a welcome treat) and we have never experienced any "dodgy people". I have to admit to never eating in the restaurants as they are pretty pricey (except for breakfast, where there is something for everyone). We tend to take the short walk along the beach into town, which is badly lit but always busy and I have never felt unsafe. Pedro's (on the beach) is a great lunch spot if the hotel prices seem a little much (make sure you have the fish - delicious!) I recommend this hotel to all my friends and can't wait to go back!

Wow! This really is a first rate hotel. Prepared for a week's travel through Spain, we were'nt expecting too much considering this hotel was going to be the cheapest we'd stay in. How wrong we were. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The location is terrific. The surrounds are perfect. The rooms are first rate, clean and comfortable. All in all, we could not fault a thing... and we went there in winter!!! I can only imagine how amazing it is by that beautiful pool in summer. Don't shop around... just book it, you won't be disappointed.

We arrived to a very friendly reception from staff ,and we were given our keys to a Superior Double Room with Sea View balcony ,it was a beautiful room and we had free WIFI throughout which just made the stay the best. We had breakfast the following morning buffet ,again fantastic and the same for dinner which something they called "buffetmania" which is only 10 €/person if you book in advance and it is very convenient and quick so you can go to Puerto Banus to enjoy the fantastic nightlife! We were also so surprised by the weather we came home with a colour it was sunny everyday!! a little chilly in the evenings. Our last two days we upgraded to a front sea-view Junior Suite room 328 just amazing the views and room was outstanding and if returning I will book this room again, it was an extra 60 € for 2 to upgrade but well worth it so much space and lots of little extras it also had kitchen and living room ,seating and dining area ,and a huge balcony with seating and tables.The location of the hotel was great on the beach and a 15 minute walk to the Marina in Puerto Banus,this hotel I could not fault it was just superb and cant wait to return. Book it!!

The Deluxe Junior Suite itself was luxurious and tastfully decorated, including granite worktops and small dishwasher in the kitchen. We had two terraces, one of them roof-terrace with breathtaking views, which where amply furnished should you wish to invite guests. There was a choice of three areas to eat, several comfortable sofas and very comfortable sunloungers.... we didn't want to move out of the suite!

I also want to mention the food..... wow! The Proa Seafood restaurant was fantastic with attentive service, small tapas served to keep you happy and great food... the fillet steak is to die for!

From the 6 hotels I have been in, this is my favourite. Great location on the seafront, very attentive staff, beautiful rooms and decoration (some of the classic double rooms can be quite small, some other have a better size), loved the junior suite with the sea views. The breakfast was fantastic. Just 5 minutes by car from the Marina, restaurants and pubs. Great prices sometimes in low season. It is worth been there. (Celebrities go there often).

Lovely hotel set overlooking beach about ten minutes walk to Puerto Banus. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are large and the marble bathrooms are huge. Luxury at its best.

We had a very good stay at your hotel. The feedback is the location was great and the complimentary wireless internet access around the hotel worked smoothly and very quickly! Also the rooms were well equipped.

The Managing Director was very pleased with the hotel and said it was superb. He would like to book the Management Conference at Guadalpin Banus every year. We also have a forthcoming Sales Conference in October in which he is also considering your hotel to book.

He would also like to book a Superior Junior Suite and adjoining room for a family holiday for Sat 21st October – Sat 28th October (7 nights). Would rooms 415 and 416 be available on these dates? Would you be able to do a special deal for him please?
